Conference Sponsorship

Sponsorship provides your organization visibility to over 800 health professionals and leaders. All sponsors receive mention on AMERSA social media, in AMERSA newsletters, and on the AMERSA Conference Page.

All sponsors will also be listed in the conference program.

Refreshment Break – $1,500 (3 available)
Highlight your organization at one of the morning or afternoon breaks. Signage with your name and logo will be at each station. Your organization will be remembered for bringing the fuel attendees need to power through the next sessions. Three (3) breaks are available for sponsorship. Break selections will be available on a first come, first served basis.

Networking Breakfast – $3,000
The first day of the conference kicks off with a networking breakfast. Participants have the opportunity to interact with one another as well as members of the organization who are nationally and internationally renowned researchers, clinicians, and academicians. Your logo will be prominently displayed on the food stations and tables where participants will be feeding on the ideas generated from the scholarly discussions!

Lanyards – $4,000
If you are looking for maximum exposure during the annual conference, these high-quality lanyards are the key. Every attendee will be wearing a lanyard with your company’s logo. Includes one conference registration.

Fun Run / Walk – $5,000
A hearty group of attendees participate in this annual event, which will be held every morning of the conference. Up to 40 participants run or walk the course each of the three days. Sponsorship of this event includes participant swag with your logo as well as post-run/walk refreshments to make sure participants are ready to start the rest of their day ‘running.’

Regenerative – $6,000
Going green isn’t just a trend. It’s a new way of life that’s important to AMERSA and our attendees. AMERSA is committed to decreasing the environmental impact of the annual conference by eliminating use of plastic water bottles and cutlery, limiting the number of paper programs distributed, providing primarily vegetarian meals, and by encouraging attendees to bring refillable water bottles and to coordinate ride sharing. In support of AMERSA’s sustainability efforts, the Regenerative Sponsor logo will be displayed in tandem with AMERSA’s Climate Task Force logo on promotional signage at prominent locations, including water stations, vegetarian meal stations, at the registration desk, and on the screen in the main ballroom. Your support will also be recognized during the President’s welcome address at the kick-off of the conference.

Conference Wi-Fi – $8,000
Help conference attendees get all the information they need by sponsoring the conference Wi-Fi network. In addition to standard sponsor recognition, the sponsor of this opportunity will be recognized in the network password.

Online Program – $10,000
Be the sponsor of our online program featuring the schedule of events for each day. Participants will utilize this platform daily to get information about the sessions, find exhibitors, connect with attendees, get maps of the hotel, and provide feedback about the sessions they attend. The sponsor of the online program is acknowledged on the opening splash page and the banner ad at the top of the screen.

Audiovisual Support – $15,000
Be the sponsor for our presentation management system. By sponsoring, your organization’s logo will be shown on the main screen as attendees walk into plenary sessions and every breakout session during the conference. The sponsor will be recognized during general session remarks and the conference materials.
